No Returns and No Refunds
At Sakshi Industries, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, do not offer refunds, and do not provide exchanges for any products or services once an order has been placed and/or delivered.
By placing an order on our Website, You expressly agree to this No Return & No Refund Policy.
Exceptions (If Applicable)
We may, at our sole discretion, review cases only in the following limited circumstances:
The product delivered is entirely different from what was ordered, or
The product is physically damaged at the time of delivery
Any such issue must be:
Reported within 48 hours of delivery
Supported with clear photographic or video evidence
Verified and approved by the Company
Approval of any exception is not guaranteed and remains solely at the discretion of Sakshi Industries.
No Refund for Services
For services:
Once a service is initiated, delivered, or partially delivered, no refund shall be issued
Advance payments and booking amounts are non-refundable
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch
Service bookings cannot be cancelled once confirmed, unless explicitly stated in writing at the time of purchase
Customer Responsibility
Before placing an order, You are responsible for:

Understanding that no return or refund will be provided
