Sakshi Industries (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website https://sakshiindustries.online (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms outlined below. This Shipping Policy is designed to ensure transparency, clarity, and mutual understanding regarding order fulfilment and delivery.


1. General

All orders are subject to product availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock information on our Website, occasional discrepancies may occur.
If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will:

  • Ship the available items, and

  • Contact you to confirm whether you prefer to wait for restocking or receive a refund for the unavailable item.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Delivery location

The displayed shipping cost at checkout is the final shipping fee payable by the customer.


3. Returns & Refunds

3.1 Change of Mind Returns

Sakshi Industries does not accept returns for change of mind once the order has been delivered.

Please ensure product specifications are reviewed carefully before placing an order.


3.2 Warranty Returns

We honor legitimate warranty claims subject to the following conditions:

  • Warranty claims must be raised within 90 days of receiving the product.

  • Customers must bear the return shipping cost initially.

  • If the warranty claim is approved, return shipping costs will be reimbursed.

Once the returned item is received, claims are processed within 7 working days.

Upon approval, customers may choose one of the following:

  • Refund to the original payment method

  • Store credit

  • Replacement product (subject to stock availability)


4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Shipping (India)

Estimated delivery time: 2 to 7 working days from dispatch.

4.2 International Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 4 to 22 working days, depending on the destination and courier selected. Exact estimates are shown at checkout.


4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 working days after payment confirmation.

Dispatch operations run Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.


4.4 Change of Delivery Address

Delivery address changes are permitted only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, address changes are not possible.


4.5 P.O. Box Addresses

Orders delivered to P.O. Box addresses are shipped via postal services only. Courier delivery is not available for P.O. Boxes.


4.6 Military Addresses

Shipping to military addresses is available via postal services where applicable. Courier delivery may not be supported.


4.7 Items Out of Stock

If an item becomes unavailable after order placement:

  • The unavailable item will be cancelled and refunded

  • Remaining items will be shipped as scheduled


4.8 Delivery Delays

If your order exceeds the estimated delivery timeline, please contact us so we can initiate an inquiry with the courier partner.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor shipment progress in real time.


6. Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Reject the parcel at delivery, if possible

  • If already delivered, notify our customer support immediately with photos for assistance


7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Domestic Taxes

All applicable GST and taxes are included in the product price displayed on the Website.

7.2 International Duties & Taxes

For international orders, import duties, customs charges, and local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
If an order has already been shipped, cancellation requests will be handled as per our Returns & Refunds policy.


9. Shipping Insurance

Shipments are insured for loss or damage up to the value declared by the courier.

9.1 Damaged in Transit

Refunds or replacements will be processed after the courier completes its investigation.

9.2 Lost in Transit

If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will issue a refund or replacement after courier verification.
